SafeHouse

The SafeHouse affords a secure respite from abuse in a temporary emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. The 8,666 square foot house includes:

  • 8 Bedrooms (2 ADA accessible rooms)

Nonresidential Services

ATV provides nonresidential services for those who may not need emergency sheltering, however are still looking for help with an abusive situation. Housing Services

ATV provides housing services for victims who are fleeing domestic violence. Our Housing Program includes placement in a limited number of safe, affordable housing units through government programs for Permanent Supportive Housing (PHS) and Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), as well as placement on the Coordinated Assessment and Housing Placement System (CAHPS) list for additional housing options in Northern Colorado. We also assist with referrals to local rental assistance programs, and ongoing case management to help survivors maintain safe and affordable housing while developing financial literacy and life-skills for long-term self-sufficiency.

Victim Response Team

ATV partners with the Loveland Police Department, other local law enforcement agencies and local hospitals to provide 24-hour crisis intervention and victim advocates to offer services at the crime scene, in the hospital, before, during and after a criminal case or when there is no criminal case at all. Our victim advocates provide information, emotional support, resources, safety planning, paperwork assistance, help with victims compensation, as well as court advocacy.
