Alternatives to Violence and the Loveland Police Department are hosting their 3rd annual Trunk or Treat event! Come in costume and bring a bag to trick-or-treat in a safe, fun environment. Vehicles from the EMS, fire and police departments will also be there for kids to explore, and a special photo op area, sponsored by PULSE!  Afterwards, make your way to the Pumpkin Festival in Downtown Loveland for a full day of seasonal fun!
