Fifth Street in downtown Loveland was abuzz Saturday morning as artists dialed into the creative process, hovering over squares of concrete with pastels, rags and water sprayers scattered about as they worked on their pieces for the 14th annual Pastels on 5th event.
The annual fundraiser for Alternatives to Violence brings together artists and business sponsors to create unique artwork along the sidewalk made from nothing but a vision and boxes of pastels.
